Approved direct vendors can forward all their inventory to us without filling orders and approvals, we will receive all your items, inventories and sell it for you.
If inventory is part of your business—not just a one-time clear-out—the Direct Vendor Program gives approved sellers a path to build an ongoing relationship with Auction Mongers.

Do I need an account to consign?
Yes. Create an Auction Mongers Consignor account before submitting merchandise.
Who can consign?
Our consignment program is available to both individuals and businesses, subject to account and merchandise approval.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Acceptance depends on the type, value, condition and quantity of the merchandise being submitted. Submit your merchandise through the portal for review.
What item conditions do you accept?
Depending on the merchandise, we can sell items in New, Open Box, Like New, Refurbished, Used and As-Is condition. The condition must be accurately disclosed when you submit the item.
How do I submit my merchandise?
Create a consignment order in your Consignor Portal, enter the required product information and photos, then submit the order for review.
Where do I bring my items?
Approved consignments are received at our Richmond Hill, Ontario facility. Receiving instructions are provided as part of the approval process.
How will I know what sold?
Your Consignor Portal lets you follow your consignment activity and review your auction sales.
When do I get paid?
Eligible proceeds are paid according to the Auction Mongers consignor payment schedule. Your Consignor Portal shows your sales, eligible earnings and payment information.
